Full replacement, almost always. Capping over rotten timber hides the problem and lets it spread. We strip back to sound timber and fit new boards, it costs a little more and lasts decades longer.
How long does roofline replacement take?
A typical semi takes one to two days including guttering.
Can you just fix a leaking joint?
Yes, we do gutter repairs, re-alignment and unblocking as standalone jobs, and we will tell you honestly if a repair is all you need.
