Resin bound surfacing is priced by area and base condition. If your existing concrete or tarmac is sound we can sometimes overlay it, which costs significantly less than a full dig-out. Every quote is fixed and itemised.
Is resin bound permeable?
Yes, genuine resin bound (stone mixed with resin, trowelled flat) lets water drain through, which usually removes the need for planning permission. Beware cheap 'resin bonded' scatter systems, which are not permeable and shed loose stone.
How soon can I drive on it?
Foot traffic after around 24 hours and vehicles after 48-72 hours depending on weather.
