Our Lincolnshire operation works out of Spalding, putting the whole of South Holland on our doorstep, Holbeach, Long Sutton, Pinchbeck and the villages between, with crews ranging north and west through Boston, Bourne, Sleaford, Grantham and Lincoln, all the way up to Newark and Nottingham.
Lincolnshire weather is hard on roofs. Wind off the Wash lifts tiles, drives rain under flashings and finds every weakness in a tired roofline. Our surveys are built around honest triage: what needs fixing now, what can wait, and what is simply not worth spending money on yet.
Alongside roofing we install resin bound, tarmac and block paved driveways across the county, including commercial surfacing work for sites as large as golf courses.
Closest to base are our roofers in Holbeach and the villages around Spalding, Cowbit, Whaplode and Moulton Chapel, all a short drive for the Spalding team.
Roof repairs in Spalding
When a roof in Spalding starts leaking, the cause is nearly always at the edges: tiles lifted by wind off the Wash, ridge mortar blown out, lead flashing at the chimney pulled away, or a valley clogged with moss and debris. Active leaks go to the front of the queue. Charles calls you back the same day, we survey with photographs, and you get a fixed written price for the repair, with no call-out charge and no upselling. Fen bungalows and low-pitch roofs
South Holland has a lot of bungalows, and many carry concrete interlocking tiles laid close to the shallowest pitch those tiles allow. On a roof like that the felt underlay does real work every time the wind drives rain sideways. Once the felt perishes, the loft gets wet from the windward side only, which is why so many Spalding leaks appear in one kind of weather and not another. The lasting fix is new breathable membrane and battens under the existing tiles where they are sound: a full re-roof in Spalding, signed off by an independent building inspector and guaranteed in writing for 20 years.

Reviews from real customers
“Mr Stevens came to quote on the repairs required to my roof. He was very open and honest about the amount of work that would be required and what he recommended as the best way to complete the work to a high standard. The repairs were done to the high standard as quoted.”
“Finally found a roofer who was dependable. They worked very hard in trying weather conditions and turned up when they said they would. Kept in contact throughout the work. The extra work that was found was clearly explained with a video to show what the problem was and options given.”
